Abilities

I am very comfortable with all nursing skills and procedures. I was the only nurse in our family practice medical office for 5 1/2 years with avg 60 - 80- patients per day. Responsible for medication refills, childhood immunizations, travel shots, 60-80 patient phone calls per day answering all questions and giving patient education. Trained all new MAs, LPNs, on all procedures performed in the office also trained them on the computerized charting system. I was also responsible for ordering all supplies and immunizations for the office. I also started the Patient Assistance Program which we had 350 patients enrolled to receive free medications.
