I have experience to work at tighter tolerances like BS EN 120**-*-****.
I have very good experience in correcting all type of dies. I prefer to correct flow correction on any Dies which will give long last, durability and perfection of the dies. That means once the Dies have corrected the perfection will long last and the problems will not come again. I don’t correct or let the Die Correctors to correct the dies in a wrong way (Choke, relief etc) which leads to spoil the die
I can able to guide the Die Correctors to correct the dies in the right direction.
I have very good experience in low wall thickness dies (0.7mm), max draw dies.
I will check the profile feasibility, Approving Die designs, choosing proper toolings before bringing the dies. So, maximum failures will be shorted out there and then the rest of the correction will be least.
I will co-ordinate with Production and Quality to increase the productivity and the Quality like get rid of shade lines in Anodizing and etc.
I will co-ordinate with sales and customer to know the application of the profile to keep the customer satisfied. I can bring solution to the customer problem.
I can reduce the Dies failure rate. I will give feedback to the Die manufacturer for further improvement in dies.
I will work hard and pursue after perfection.
Achievement:-
When I joined my present company the Dies performance in the press was very poor and the Die failure rate is more than 48%, productivity is less than 750kg/hr and most of the extruded profiles were going to Profile roll correction Machine. I reduced the Die failure rate to 20% in 4 months and by the result of that the Productivity increased to 1500kg/hr without using Profile correction machine.
I corrected and proved CCD270mm GLASS WALL profiles perfectly in 8”press without using profile roller correction machine.
Have experience in correcting heat sink dies.
