Professional Experience

• Recently I am working in Flextronics Company as quality engineer. This company is ISO 9000,My roll of work is to do process audit, doing root cause analysis(RCA),follow the OQP (out going quality plan) and standard operative procedure(SOP),final inspection,OBA( open box audit )as per ISO 9000.

• I have knowledge about lean operation, keazien, and poke yoke mistake as per quality plan.

• I was working in array marketing com from Adecco as assembler .I was working in this company from last 2 years.

• I was working in CELESTICA CANADA INC international company as machine operator .I work on ROUTER MACHINE to cut circuit board according to assembling for JUNIPER.

• I had experience of SMT machine in my juniper department .I have knowledge of feeder loading as per requirement for board. Check the component for board.

• I have knowledge of press fit connector in board have also knowledge of wave machine, ICT machine and mechanical assembly for board for juniper in Celestica from Sept 2007 to November 2008.

• I have experience of packaging, in NIKE CANADA INC from January 2007 to April 2007.

• I have also worked with material individual to load and move product by basic material handling equipment.

• Assembled, set up and operated various production equipment as per technical manual and standard operating procedure.

Education

B.ENG (CIVIL) from L.D.Engineering College affiliated with GUJ.UNI.Ahmedabad. Recently I am doing course of QUALITY ASSURENCE course from Seneca College.
