Responsible for daily operations of Maximo CMMS in the following applications: Work Requests, Work Order, Job Planning, Corrective Maintenance (CM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM).Created Job Plans, Project Plans & PM’s to meet plant need, growth, specifications and labor availability.

Developed preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment at facility. This consisted of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance work orders.

Through plant RCM process, reduced operation downtime and equipment failures substantially over two year period. Repair ratio was improved from 20% preventive/80% reactive to 80% preventive/20% reactive.

Identified inefficient equipment to be replaced or upgraded through Failure Code and RCA processes.
