In an effort to minimize employee theft I installed security cabinets to store our high dollar products.
I put in place a system that minimizes lost product coming receiving into the Ducks Unlimited portion of the warehouse.
In an effort to maximize flow I have moved the heavier items closer to the pack stations. I also put items locations by set so that filling is done in an more efficient manner.
Working with returns I’ve instituted a program that allows maximum time by using Excel spreadsheets and scanning versus a handwritten process.
