Description:

NYSE Euronext (NYX) is the holding company and the first cross-border exchange group created by the combination of NYSE Group, Inc. and Euronext N.V. The Company’s exchanges located in Europe and the United States trade equities, futures, options, fixed-income, and exchange-traded products. With approximately 8,000 listed issues from more than 55 countries, NYSE Euronext's equities markets the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE Euronext, NYSE Amex, NYSE Alternext and NYSE Arca represent one-third of the worlds equities trading and the most liquidity of any global exchange group. In this project, NYSE Euronext wants us to develop tools and applications required for their QA Tools team.

Responsibilities:

• Create, modify and maintain applications written with Oracle's JDeveloper 11g using ADF Faces.

• Developing (Coding) Master Screens in NYSE Euronext using ADF11g.

• Design of SysDevMetrics, Navigator and Market test related screens.

• Design and build entire backend module using ADF backend components.

• Design and build User Interface using ADF frontend components.

• Work with architects and other senior engineers to design applications from end-to-end including schema layouts and UI page flows.

Description:

This is mainly a support project where in we handle cases on the L2 and L3 level which requires technical, functional and analytical skills. Every case has to be handled within the defined SLA and all the KPIs have to be addressed strictly, which involved lot of client communication. The system is a GxP critical system.

Responsibilities:

As a Developer/Support, was responsible for

• Handling the cases on the L2 and L3 level.

• Analyzing the cases and solving them on priority.

• Creating work-arounds and solutions to the known errors and problems.

• Verifying the solutions against acceptance criteria and following the required SLAs and KPIs.

• Communicate with Stakeholders on case status and expectation

• Overall Monitoring and controlling the quality of deliverables as per the business requirements.

Description:

STC (Single Trading Company) Foundation 1.0 Connect buyers and seller’s of commodities, but they (Trading Companies) do not manufacture or own the products. Buying and selling of products could be within same company or to different companies placed at any geographic location .CISCO established its own STC at UK which will buy-sell commodities in multiple countries.

Trade Tool is the module of STC project which gives customer order related information like Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Numbers, Country of Origin (COO), Export Compliance Classification Numbers (ECCN), Export Authorization Encryption Note, Product Weights and Product Approval Status information.

(HTS) Harmonized Tariff Schedule is a numbering of goods with their classifications and duty rates used by customs agencies to import merchandise. HTS number is based country involved in trading.

Trade tool module is broadly classified in to 3 sub modules:

• Standard Search is based on CISCO product number

• Advance Standard Search based on search agents

• Packaging module is to send E-mails to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Developed Search functionalities for display of Japan and Australia HTS number. using ADF10g
