My Key Achievements were,

My Key Responsibilities were,
Bringing up a New Offset Printing Facility at Rabale, Navi Mumbai within time and budget. This was major expansion project and I was responsible for handling this Rupees Five Crore mega investment project
I coordinated with various local government agencies, contractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones on or before time
I personally supervised the Operations from New Facility for first 2 years and streamlined the entire work flow management and material management before hand over
I was responsible for administering Corporate Office with more than 80 full time staff and contractors
