• In addition, I was responsible for maintaining biohazard and radiation safety standards and ensured proper handling of potential hazardous chemical and biological agents.

• I also recorded, calculated, and analyzed data, and prepared reports and worked closely with a team of researchers and learned the value of good lab practice.

• Split cell lines in order to develop mammalian cell cultures.

• Determined the differential of temperature and its effect on Plasma DNA.

• Utilized PCR technique to isolate DNA, and viewed samples utilizing Compound microscope.
