I conceptualized and convinced Caterpillar to partner with MTS Sensors on the development of an intelligent hydraulic cylinder, thereby increasing market share for both firms.

I held several positions of increasing responsibility, based upon self-motivation and ability to create solutions while maintaining an enthusiastic outlook. These included Regional Sales/Applications Manager, Distribution Sales Manager, Hydraulics Maintenance Manager and Special Products Development Manager for Off-Road Machines.

These positions all had direct OEM accountability and I was successful during every phase.

The Distributor Sales increased by 24% while under my direction and motivational mentoring of 30 distributor organizations.
