All machines were run on an assembly line that was controlled by Allen Brady and Omrons plc’s. Repaired Branson ultrasonic welder, replaced cam gear, tie rods, cam rollers and cams. Familiar with all pneumatics, rebuild vacuum pumps, electric motor (single phase and three phases), replaced optical sensor, relays, limit switches, also repaired all other electronic devices, upkeep of chillers and boilers in hvac systems. Did all work on continuous production line. Familiar with all robotic arms, suction cups and pads, replaced all air lines, vacuum lines, and hydraulic lines.

Responsibilities: installed and read all gages, modules input and

output, all flow input and output gages. Read all seamens, Johnson controls and uni tope controls. Did all upkeep and repairs on chillers and boilers in plants. Did all hvac repairs and service. Read and replaced all temperature controls, replaced valves, sensors, and kept daily log sheet.

Also familiar with Allen Brady programmable controls, relays, optical sensors and limit switches. All work was on a very high speed continuous Production line.
