CARE-CALL

• Answer and respond to call centre enquires whilst on duty, exercising sound professional judgment and deploying skills in line with the company standard operating to the satisfaction of all enrollees and enquirers.

• Carry out general administration of care call such as :- attending to all enquirers, survey of center and close liaison with relevant HMO units.

• Create awareness of centre existence among clients, enrollee and providers.

• Carry our regular survey of pattern of enquires and output of the centre.

• Prepare weekly reports of the center’s activities.

• Issuance of Pre- Authorization Numbers for provider use.

CLAIMS ROCESSING

• Processing of data capture (claims form) for both Corporate Providers and NHIS.

• Monthly report and printout processed claims.

• Reconciliations of claims complaints from client and providers.

• Accuracy of claims entered into the database-claims module.

• Liaise with provider services and account department on issues relating to corporate and NHIS claims, including prompt follow-up and documentation of action.

• Maintain and update the claims database.
