2000-2009 Credit Manager, Johnson Supply.
Responsible for the credit decisions for 25 stores with approximately 8000 customers. Updated credit applications, job information forms and intent to lien letters that were outdated. Created a user friendly database using Lotus Approach that simplifies the process of sending intent to lien letters as well as completing the necessary forms to file them. Maintaining positive communications between customers, the sales department and credit department. Decreased the company’s DSO from 53 to 46 days. Reduced the company’s bad debt write-offs significantly from previous years.
1999-2000 Sales Representative, Lane Equipment Company.
Outside sales. Sold food service equipment, Taylor Freezers, Cornelius ice machines, True brand refrigerators and freezers etc., to schools, hospitals, restaurants, convenience stores and lounges. Sold over $120,000.00 in first six months of employment.
1996-1999 President, Excalibur Credit Services, Inc.
Consultant to AMGI. Started home based business collecting judgments. Corporation quickly grew to become a collection agency which included over 50 clients and 10 employees. Developed, maintained and networked a collection program using Windows 95 and Lotus Approach.
1994-1996 Manager of Training and Development, AMGI.
Developed, implemented and managed an extensive training program teaching entrepreneurs how to start and successfully operate their own in-home collection business. Conducted training seminars for private individuals as well as groups of twenty or more. Created a collection software program and database using Lotus Approach. AMGI sold this package to entrepreneurs for $8,000.00.

Opened two branch offices, both showing and maintaining a profit within the first six months of operation. Responsible for hiring and training collectors and supervisors in collection techniques necessary to maintain a high level of strict auditing standards set by our clients.
