SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

As system engineer, responsibilities varies from engineering, construction, and commissioning phase. A few key word of qualifications are project management, detail engineering design, programming, instrument troubleshooting, power & control panel fabrication and setting, and project commissioning. For detail engineering issue, scope of work include many deliverable list: material take off, budgetary calculation, project schedule, hook up detail, technical datasheet, hardware/software specification, electrical system calculation (load flow, short circuit, motor starting, relay coordination), M&E equipment sizing/calculation, power & signal cable/tubing schedule, power & control system architecture, power & control panel layout/arrangement, interconnection/troubleshooting/loop/one line diagram, logic/wiring schematic for electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic control system (such as wellhead control panel, emergency shutdown control panel, process control system, and safety shutdown system). For construction and commissioning issue, scope of work include many onsite responsibilities: setting, calibration, programming, integration, repair, and testing for transformer, switchgear, distribution board, battery charger, PCS, DCS, F&G, flow computer, and general power/control system packages
