* Created an ISL link between current McData ED64M switch and new Brocade Silkworm 48000 switch for SAN migration. Performed zoning for the new DMX3-2500replacing old Symm8830 and switched over to new Fabric gradually over a scheduled period of time.

*Allocated storage from CLARiiON CX 340 to windows servers using Navisphere.Creation of Raid Groups, Storage Groups, binding luns, registering host. Zoning hosts to Clariion sp’s and DMX FA Ports using Connectrix Manager.

* Provisioned storage for multi-vendor host environments from DMX 1000, DMX1500 and DMX 2500 using EMC Control Center.

* Created a SAN Configuration design guide for Symmetrix 3830 using EMC Grabs from the hosts and ECC, and later moved two hosts from it to DMX-1000. The project included, identifying the devices on the DMX as were proposed by the DBAs, mapping, zoning, masking, upgrading HBA drivers, firmware, Solutions Enabler, Power Path, and aligning the data on the devices.

* Responsible for a multi terabyte SAN environment including EMC Symmetrix , DMX 2000, Clariion CX series storage systems, McData Switches ED-64M / ED-140M Directors, Cisco MDS 9506 Directors using ECC, Navisphere manager, Connectrix manager and MDS Fabric manager.

* Involved in migration of storage systems including Symmetrix 8830 to DMX 2000 using SRDF and CX600 to CX700 using SAN copy.

* Experience in SRDF disaster recovery solutions and Time Finder BCVs.

* Successfully completed SAN Expansion project, which involved migration of McData switches from ED64M to ED140M. Installation and discover of new DMX2000.

* Installed and configured ECC infrastructure agents, discovered objects(Arrays, switches, hosts etc) in the infrastructure. Monitoring of SAN environment using ECC and configured alerts.
