As a Room server as I was responsible for:
Record guest food and beverage in-room dining orders and offer menu suggestions.
Prepare, deliver and service orders.
Have complete knowledge of service time, menu, and specials.
Responsible for each guest check and co-ordination of table/trays pick-ups.
Responsible for set-up, delivery and presentation of VIP and other guests amenities.
Complete all side duties as assigned and must minimize breakage.
Other duties include preparation/organization of department and maintaining a sanitary environment.
As a Banquet server I was responsible for:
Responsible for the set-up and servicing of food and the beverages to guests at all banquets functions.
