Director of Spa / Fitness / Salon Operations
Led staff of 35-40 to create extraordinary client experience for high-profile clientele of exclusive club established and owned by Donald Trump.
Managed operations for Spa, Salon and Fitness services division, maintaining pristine facilities and providing exceptional customer service. Developed complete menu of services and offerings, creating fitness schedules / programs, and implementing newest spa techniques and industry trends. Maintain extensive knowledge and expertise in industry best practices and latest trends. Contribute to marketing and PR efforts, composing newsletters and occasional articles for distribution to club members. Hired, trained, and motivate team members, creating supportive, team-oriented atmosphere to maximize performance. Establish and administer budgets, seasonal forecasts, and other financial planning / tracking responsibilities.

Royal Palm Plaza, Boca Raton, Florida (1994 to 1999)..Responsible for day to day operations. Led staff of ten hair stylists, two massage therapists, two estheticians, and six nail technicians. Preformed at a high level for Five years in a very upscale area of Boca Raton Florida. This experience led me by referral to the Mar-a-Lago Club.
