• Over 30 years in the business community with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the printing industry from concept design to final delivery and most everything in between

• Knowledge of the local printing industry including relationships with paper & graphic art suppliers and bindery & finishing vendors allowing for a complete customer service package

• Thorough knowledge of estimating printing costs and scheduling projects allows for a seamless workflow from project start to project delivery to maximize profit potential. Software programs used include Franklin and Printsmith estimating systems.

• Knowledge of MS Office including Access, Word, and Excel Spreadsheets, along with an understanding of graphic design software

• Experience with web design & scripting languages such as HTML, PHP, MYSQL, JAVASCRIPT and AJAX
