My main focus is to develop a safety culture and ensure expectations are understood. I achieve this goal by behavior based safety and safety recognition programs. I am also responsible for oversight of all safety operations during the Vessels of Opportunity BP oil spill cleanup efforts on site. Develop and maintain working relationships with identified occupational physicians and enforce Return-to-Work policy.
