Responsible for the institution and achievement of registration to the QS/TE/ISO 9001, Ford QOS and Q1 Standards. Responsible for the training of all personnel on how to comply with QS/TE/ISO standards, all document control, have written policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, job descriptions and reports to comply with QS/TE/ISO. I was trained to perform internal audits as well as training company internal auditors and assist in daily company and production operations.

Managed the Quality Department and a staff to enforce quality control policies and procedures, address all quality issues directly with the customer, on and off site, and assist in all corrective and preventive actions, problem solving, supplier management as well as continuous improvement projects.

Setup, maintained and operated the company calibration system. This included logging in all equipment that required calibration, assigning I.D. numbers and conducting annual and as needed calibration.
