Description : The objective is to design channel for LCA wing from Track #1 through

Track # 6 at leading edge (both Inboard & Out board region) of the wing using wing contour as references.

2. Drafting & Preparation of 2D detail drawings.

3. Involved in Co- ordination of drawings w.r.t other group & release of drawings.

Project # 2 : Design of Taper Plate for wing – Fitting.

Tool used : Catia V5 R19, ENOVIA VPM 1.5.

Description : The objective is to design Taper plate for fitting wing into fuselage.

Project # 3 : Design of Inboard and outboard Elevon

Aircraft : LCA (Light combat Aircraft) NP 1.

Description : The objective is for LCA wing to inboard elevon and outboard elevon from STA # 1 to STA #14 (both Inboard & Out board elevon) using elevon contour as references.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Surface Modeling of Channels using wing NMG.

2. Drafting & Preparation of 2D detail drawings.

Academic Project:

Project Title : “Automatic Dispatch system by conveyor using sensor”

Tool used : Photo electric sensors.

Company : Texcel international PVT, LTD. Coimbatore.

Description : There is an effort taken to modify the existing conventional method as we have designed by a new conveyor arrangement which will reduce the manual work. We are very much glad to the conveyor arrangement has great advantage over the convectional method.

Our project has the following benefits: Labour time is reduced, more number of Components can be checked, More productivity, Interchangelility, Skill reduction, More profit.
