My name is Lisa Edwards and I've been cooking for at lease 14 years. I'm currently employed at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort since March 10 2010 but the job is seasonal and ending on September 6 2010. My duties include open and set up, make sure all food are cook at correct temperature, make sure all inventory is rotated, maintain a neat and clean work area, help assist others if needed, make sure food goes out in a timely manner and dish washing, sweeping and moping floors. Before Kiawah I was employed at Sporty's Sports Bar as a cook a fast pace bar from April 2009 - February 2010 my duties included open and set up make sure was at proper temperature stock, order and rotate inventory, maintain a neat and clean work space and make sure food goes out in a timely manner.
