Oversee front-desk operations and provide impeccable customer service:
o Answer phones with a “smile on my face”, picking up in a timely manner
o Take reservations, making sure to gather as many details as possible about the occasion, to aid in the proper execution of the “Perfect Night Out”
o Professionally and properably answer questions and concerns a guest may have about our product and business, as well as directing calls to the proper authority if need be.

RESPONIBILITY & SELF MANAGEMENT
Responsible for the lives of various animals including; puppies, kittens, birds, reptiles, hamsters and other various small animals.
o Regulated daily feedings in morning and evening, making sure all puppies especially toy and small breeds eat, to avoid Hypoglycemia and malnutrition.
o Administer medicines and vaccines properly and as needed
o Use keen eye to detect and treat ailments before they can develop into something serious.
o Make decision to remove an animal from the sales floor if necessary and treat ailment effectively.
o Work closely with the vet to administer health certificates and proper vaccines.
o Order vaccines and medications as well as other product pertaining to the proper care of the animals
Accepting deliveries, writing checks, checking invoices, and unpacking inventory accordingly.
Responsible for over $25,000 worth of product; consisting of upwards of 1,000 bottles of wine as well as a few hundred bottles of liquor and beer.
Anticipating the needs of the upcoming weeks, using business experience to order what we will need while keeping control of inventory costs.
Responsible for picking up shifts that others cannot work, currently working at least 6 days a week.
Make sure others around me follow the correct procedures to ensure optimum level of efficiency and care.
CLEANLINESS & MANUAL LABOR
Maintain the kennel area by doing dishes, laundry, sweeping, mopping, wiping windows every few hours, and sanitizing/soaking all toys and mats for preventative matters.
Keeping back bar area exceptionally clean and free of grime, making sure to break everything down properly, sweeping and mopping floors, covering all liquor bottles, “burning” ice at the end of the shift, throwing away the days garnishes, pumping all wines, rolling up mats, cleaning out ash trays, and disinfecting all surfaces.
DETAIL MASTERY & ORGANIZATION
When product lists or menus change, responsible for re-organizing the 850+ bottle “Red Wine Room” using Excel and/or Word to make a corresponding organizational chart. Then use these charts to update our online inventory control spreadsheets.
Must also organize and make corresponding charts as above but for other storage areas such as; the smaller “White Wine Room”, the expansive liquor closet, the beer storage, and also includes all 4 coolers behind front bar area.
Labeling all open products and making sure to discard product before the date labeled so guest gets only the best product available.
Keeping the front desk and all items/products behind it organized and appealing to the eye, as well as maintaining the storage closet behind the front desk, paying close detail to keeping things easy to find and uncluttered.
Filing and organizing a great deal of paperwork properly and effectively.
