- Shipping parts via LTL, UPS, Fed Ex domestic, and international shipments as well. Familiar with both Fed Ex and UPS software.

- Unloading of machines with overhead crane or forklift off of open top containers.

Managed a team of 8-10 crew leaders and 20-30 workers on a daily basis on commercial, and residential landscape accounts including HOA’s for a million plus dollar division. Scheduled daily routes for all crews and workers throughout metro Atlanta and within 100 miles.

In charge of hiring and training of new employees. Built relationships with existing customers by performing continual follow-ups in person and over the phone to assure a quality job, and to meet the customers expectations. Held weekly meetings with crew leaders to make sure expectations are met with company standards. Assisted in growing the business by developing new leads, and providing competitive estimates. In charge of the chemical division from 2004 – 2005.

Landscape Manager, June 1997 – September 2002

Southern Specialty Landscaping, Fayetteville, Georgia

- Managed all areas of the landscaping company, including hiring, and management of 20 – 40 employees, and their supervisors on a daily basis. Also was in charge of payroll, and was a decision maker for equipment purchases. I did sales for the company as well.

- Operated a bobcat for sod preparation, and grading.

- Scheduling of crews for hardscapes as well as lawn care maintenance.
