Trail compound making for new developments.

Following the same compound in extruders.

Actual profile matching with master profile for following green material-tread,sidewall,fillers.

If any abnormality found in profile, taking immediate action for correction by co-coordinating with

Die shop incharge.

Calculating RPM for new tread and side wall trail at extruders.

Wound bead BCID ensuring for all running size.

Fillers related problem solving.

Doing quality audit in each and every area.

Maintaining In process specification and Machine set up specifications.

Tracking and solving the stock-1 related problem at curing if any problem found.
