Designed and developed SOA applications using Websphere, JAVA J2EE and DB2. Created a Provider and Member portal for direct use by Provider Practices. Implemented several complex projects to deliver/process survey requests via email, phone, and mail. Developed a Telephone Survey system to allow phone agents to manage several thousand surveys by customer.
