Chief Financial Officer
Brought in to re-structure entire accounting department to move performance and procedures to compliance with Federal Regulations. Directed critical credit union functions of General Ledger, Plastic Card Services, and Electronic Funds, and supervised 6 in those areas.
• Created “metamorphic” change, according to Federal Regulators’ 6-month review, by developing detailed procedures for over half of the department’s functions, and implementing internal controls to mitigate risk and cross-training to maintain continuity of all functions.
