Most of my recent professional experience involves the U.S. Army Reserves. I have trained for four years+ just in leadership, U.S. History (military) and in other necessary skills. I have been trained to not only lead a team in combat situations but administrative as well. As an officer in the Army Reserves I have had to set the standard, be conscious of safety (for myself and others), adapt to ever changing situations and apply critical thinking and creative problem solving to every task.

Situationally aware and adaptive, I am conscious of an ever changing environment and I am prepared to adapt with creativity and timely execution. Not only do I put a great deal of effort into my job but the individuals that I work with. It is important to me to keep the team as cohesive as possible., physically safe and emotionally/mentally content.
