Most of my recent professional experience involves the U.S. Army Reserves. I have trained for four years+ just in leadership, U.S. History (military) and in other necessary skills. I have been trained to not only lead a team in combat situations but administrative as well. As an officer in the Army Reserves I have had to set the standard, be conscious of safety (for myself and others), adapt to ever changing situations and apply critical thinking and creative problem solving to every task.
