Supply Chain Development Manager 2/06-Present

Responsibilities include development of supplier kitting with reusable packaging. Setup & implementation of vendor managed inventory programs. Develop warehouse kitting of components for delivery to assembly stations to support MPS. Analysis of supplier capabilities. Logistics planning to deliver goods to support the assembly of rail transit cars.

Production Line Manager 1/05-2/06

Responsibilities included start-up management of all production and support functions (Production Supervisors, Q.C., P.C., I.E., Expediting, etc.) for a $242 million contract to refurbish 238 transit cars for Atlanta, Ga. with quality, cost, delivery objectives. Also closed out a $68 million contract consisting of 100 transit cars for Baltimore, MD meeting quality, cost, & delivery objectives

Flow Line Leader (Product Line Manager) 2/02-1/05

Responsibilities included quoting, planning, and execution of production, for an industrial mixer business of approx. $10 million in shipments annually. Furthermore, provided support to other B.U. for all their welding, fabrication, and machining requirements, with shipments of approx. $60 million annually.

Team Leader (Production Supervisor) 3/00-2/02

Responsibilities included supervision of 30 people on 2 shifts in a machine shop environment. In July of 2000 oversaw the relocation of a gearbox assembly operation from Wytheville, Virginia to Rochester, New York. I successfully integrated the operation with no impact on deliveries to the customer.
