Title Diagnosis Tools for Detection of Rotaviruses with Special Reference to the Outer Capsid Layer

Synopsis The objective of the project was to study the Rotaviruses which are the most important Etiological Agent for Diarrheal Disease. The Outer Capsid Layer is responsible for this disease. The project imparted the knowledge of Rotaviruses with the help of Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis, RT-PCR, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis & Nucleic Acid Sequence Analysis.
