Overall responsibility for transition of IT & non-IT systems to newly constructed

systems – vendor liaison & relationship management.
Client: Old George Washington University Hospital (GWUH), DC – 237 beds
Reviewed and documented existing systems (50+) to prepare for transition to a
new facility. Coordinated transition efforts of individual departments. Interim
IT Leadership role amidst high IT staff turnover. Made a positive impact by
stabilizing IT shop with 22 IT Professionals that resulted in a successful transition
