Freight Elevator removal and installation of new decks at each floor to accommodate upgraded sprinkler and electrical risers.

Interior Build-out Mr. Diaz has overseen the finishing of over 1,000,000 SF of interiors in the past 30 years. Riding the dot.com wave, we were starting spaces for Taconic investment within moments- literally- of assisting the leasing agent in ascertaining tenant’s space requirements and the sensible partitioning of floor plates.

At 345 Park Avenue, we arranged and scheduled painting and carpet replacement of 42,000 SF occupied offices on weekends and premium time.

Multiples and Hotels Mr. Diaz has overseen common corridor, interior finishes and lobby renovations in several NYC landmarks enabling him to identify cost and time saving processes as projects proceed.

Security Post 9-11 Mr. Diaz with EDGE and as a vendor for 3M worked on security upgrades in several landmark buildings including the UN General assembly.

Beyond building access auditing and control: we became adept at target hardening.
