As part of a $240 million effort, the C-IV System was implemented in 35 counties over a twelve month period. The C-IV System is a fully integrated, web-based information system designed to manage the data for 12 major social service programs and replaced the Interim Statewide Automated Welfare System (ISAWS) Consortium software.

Conducted system training of 32 customized courses on the C-IV automated system for social services employees.
