A key player as an AT/FP Specialist at all Entry Control Points by providing over 2000 hours of diligent post stand and traffic control for over 3,000 vehicles per day ensuring the safety of all active duty personnel, civilians and their families while entering NAS Fallon. As a Field Training Officer conducted over 740 hours of training as well as directed and critiquing more than 120 practical drills of instruction ensuring Patrol Officers were properly versed in law Enforcement tactics.

While deployed Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM as a Block Non-Commissioned Officer provided critical leadership by managing multiple tasks, schedules while providing concise direction to 14 guards in a humane, care and custody of over 100 detained enemy combatants. Then transfer to Escort Control as an Escort Control coordinator, facilitated, dispatched and tracked 2000 detainee movements to Legal and Medical appointment, Joint Intelligence Group interviews and commissions hearings in strict in accordance with Camp Delta’s SOP and Geneva conventions, without incident. The ability to quickly analyze a situation, develop courses of action and make decisions in a challenging detention environment.

USN/Marine Corps Security Company Force, Bangor, WA. – Full Time

While stationed at MCSFBN, Bangor Washington was one of the 12 personnel to start the Harbor Security Boat Units. I implemented the 3M program for the HSB Unit which included weapons and equipment worth $201,000. I was responsible for 3 Moose boats valued $500,000 a piece and 6 personnel on a daily basis. As security boat coxswain was capable and competent in the mechanics of the duties that involved being the first line of defense for the waterfront restricted area to protect national strategic assets vital to national security.

USN/Naval Air Station Pearl Harbor, Peal Harbor, HI. – Full Time

A key player as an AT/FP Specialist at all Entry Control Points by providing over 1000 hours of diligent post stand and traffic control for over 5,000 vehicles per day ensuring the safety of all active duty personnel, civilians and their families while entering NAVSTA PEARL HARBOR. I was assigned to the Naval Station Security Gantry inspection Station, which involved inspecting over 100 commercial vehicles daily by using the Navy’s newest Shaped Energy X-ray System. Was hand picked to become a member of an Embarked Security Team, that provided security for USNS Vessels and Commercial Vessels that transited through Straits of Humus in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM.

As an E-4 qualified as a Duty Security officer who is normally held by an E-6. I qualified 38 T.A.D. personnel in all aspects of Patrol procedures on the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln. Maintain ships security for the Abraham Lincoln and crew during heightened threat conditions. Supported 160 ship’s special evolutions with zero accidents which provided a safe operating environment for the crew.
