• Reviewed permit & bid documents, specification & code, sign ordinances, and approved pay outs.

• Assisted owners with contractor selection and bidding process. Checked and approved shop drawings.

• Performed field walk-thrus and compiled reports. Handled municipality reviews and attended kick off and planning commission meetings.
