Plant/ Manufacturing Operations

Coordinating with Production Engineering Department in Implementing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and developing guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities.

Facilitation for Production in monitoring and maintaining the product quality as per the norms set by standards department.

Production planning will be carried out weekly from monthly requirement with respect to costumer requirement on FIFO basis.

Co-ordination with SCM for the raw material and packing material to avoid stoppages of machine and miscellaneous activities.

Regularize training and thought process will be given to the operator when/where do make them self-driven.

Raw material, packaging material,FG stock taking and material confirmation with SAP entries carried out.

Responsible for FG handover to shipping and completed SAP activities.

Month End process is carried for both physical wises SAP which includes technical confirmation in SAP too.

Cooling system of 1kg hot product has been changed with respect to reduction of cost and process improvement.

Complete process of Packaging of sachet method has been changed by reduce the time consuming with respect to increase the quality.

Customization of carton is done from Multiple in the ration of 6:1 to avoid brand mix up and confusion.

5S system implemented in raw material and packaging material for the best operation level. Right now my department running at 4S level operation.
