National Security Manager

Achievements
Numerous Management Courses including Security Risk Assessments on static sites. Was promoted from Depot Manager to Regional Manager and finally to National Security Manager.
Responsibilities
As Regional Operations Manager I was responsible for 10 depots and over 400 staff in the North of England and Scotland. I was responsible for setting up 30 sites around the UK. This involved finding premises, installing security then recruiting and training of staff. I worked as the Secure Bureau Manager. My role included the sorting of over 90,000 items per day and distributing them out through the companies transport system to depots for delivery. I was the companies first Transport Manager setting up a bespoke trunking network throughout the UK. I also set up the call centre at the head office in Northampton.
As National Security Manager I was responsible for full CCTV and Security procedures for 56 sites in the United Kingdom and Southern Ireland. I managed a Security Investigations Team working alongside UK Police Forces, UK Passport Office and UK Customs and Excise. Assisting Financial Clients with Security related subjects as well as Identity Fraud. The writing and implementation of all Security and Standard Operations Procedures throughout the DX Group.

Responsibilities
Section Commander for numerous missions in Northern Ireland vehicle Commander on mobile protection patrols Cyprus. Team medic whilst deployed in Northern Ireland and troop medic in the UK. As a senior Marine often responsible for troop or section PT, weapon training, lectures and numerous command positions equivalent to a Lance corporal, including commanding live fire section attack training scenarios as well as ranges for section weapon training packages.
