• Wells Fargo Bank acquired Wachovia Bank drawing forth the largest bank merger in history.

• Worked as a contract consultant, Responsible for helping develop an onshore, offshore model that scaled from 25 to over 200 people.

• Brought in to define, develop and drive projects and processes related to merging Wholesale technology systems between both banks.

• Successfully delivered:

o The first automated data transfer project to migrate credentials of 70,000 customers from Wachovia portals into Wells Fargo Portal systems.
