SELECTED PROJECT EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE:

• Whole Foods Market project in which my team completed business, accounting, financial (ratio performance and cash flow analysis) and prospective analyses on the company whose assets totaled close to $829.2 million with a ROIC of 9.27% and an estimated equity PV value of $608 million in 2001.

• I led the Motorola project where my team performed a historical financial analysis (ratios and performance); determined the company’s EVA; developed respective sets of 5 year pro forma cash flow projections based on corresponding sales growth, working capital, cost and profitability assumptions in order to determine the company’s present stock value and implemented a brave yet innovative restructuring plan that was designed to cut costs and return the company to profitability by the end of the next fiscal year.

• Dow Chemical Project whereby our team decided that Monsanto was a suitable takeover target over Dupont due to better growth prospects and stronger market share with an under-priced stock combined with attractive synergies (complementary products, shared market; client base, economies of scale and scope) which would impact Dow Chemical’s EPS growth rate by 13.62% using an all-cash financing plan.

• Extensive experience in modeling in terms of Cash Flow Analysis, NPV, Duration, Black Scholes Real Options, Binomial Models for Interest Rate Derivatives and Options, Black-Derman Toy Model, Prepayment models such as Salomon Brothers Model and other Decision-Risk analytical models aimed at making the right decision given the constraints, risks and at times, the needed arbitrary weight of importance on each option.
