2009 – Present

•Directed source rock sampling, analysis and mapping in Central Arabia, for Cretaceous source intervals in the Rub Al Khali and Qusaiba source rocks in northwestern Saudi Arabia as a geochemist for regional play fairway mapping team.

•Worked with multidisciplinary team providing source rock common risk segment (CRS) maps as a part of play based exploration workflow

2008 - 2009

•Completed a one year assignment with (Geochemistry Unit). Assignment involved:

-Conducting Rock-Eval pyrolysis analysis for source rock and documenting Presence and absence of missed HC pay zone.

-Conducted geochemical “fingerprinting “for oil samples to investigate Hydrocarbon affinity.

2004 - 2008

•Conducted several phases of source rock sampling and Rock-Eval analysis for wells in central Arabia and Rub al’ Khali areas.

•Trained for two years on operation and development geology to work for wellsite and reservoir characterization.

•Conducted Source Rock - Eval Analysis using Pyrolytic Oil production index (POPI-TOC)

•Used PetroMod Software ( Petroleum System Modeling) for petroleum system analysis, Used Petrosys and Petrel softwares for source rock mapping
