With a total staff of over 200,000 employees, the Tampa Service Center included approximately 600 employees at a central business office as well as 22 facilities located throughout the state of Florida. My experience with HCA included training coordination and delivery to this group of employees as well as clinical staff throughout the southeast region in various soft and computer skill training programs.

Interim Education Director (11/2007 – 3/2008)

• Managed the implementation, tracking, and management of all local training programs.

• Responsible for identifying training needs, providing guidance and support for policy and procedure implementation, delivering user training programs and identifying improvements in all training programs.
