Successfully prosecuted criminal cases on in mulitple counties on behalf of the State of Ohio
Co-chaired four felony prosecutions that proceeded to jury trial, resulting in three Guilty verdict and one mistrial (hung jury); all cases were related to child sexual abuse.
Over 60 Appellate briefs filed in various appellate courts within the State of Ohio

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Spearheaded working group from a variety of state agencies to develop recommendations to the Ohio General Assembly in implementation of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006
Lead Ohio Attorney General’s Office implementation of the provisions of Senate Bill 10 by developing a strategic plan for reclassifying 27,000 sex offenders in Ohio’s Criminal Justice system, training of law enforcement and court personnel concerning changes to the law under Senate Bill 10, overseeing the technical changes to the sex offender registration database, authored letters to sex offenders detailing the changes under the law and their rights, and managing the distribution of certified letters to registered offenders. Project completed in 4 months.
Coordinated a team of 12 attorneys within the Ohio Attorney General’s Office to defend the Office in litigation arising out of more than 4,000 individual lawsuits and multiple class-action lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of the newly implemented sex offender registration and notification laws.
