Qualifications:

• Manage the removal of hazardous materials in high profile incidents such as Hurricane Katrina and Rita

• Over 16 years experience in RCRA hazardous waste sales and consultation with all types of generators including hospitals, refineries, utilities, and chemical production facilities.

• 10 years of providing water (cooling towers, boilers, closed loop) and waste water treatment services to hospitals, refineries, utilities, and chemical production facilities

• Thorough knowledge of all requirements of hazardous and non hazardous waste management programs from initial identification to final approval with TSDF.

• Experience with DOT requirements to ship waste via truck, rail, etc. including new security requirements.

• Familiar with many OSHA requirements

• Possess a good working relationship with state regulators and USEPA

2006 – 2008

• Environmental Restoration, LLC -- contracted to ER to provide on site supervision of disposal program for emergency response work for EPA. Responsible for overseeing the identification of the waste, determine packaging required, locate the needed TSDF and make sure the disposal was done safely, quickly and at the least cost possible. Tasked with the cleanup of the Greensburg Kansas Tornado.

2005-2006

• Hurricane Katrina/ Rita Response Team—contracted to EQM/Aerotek to provide on site initiation and supervision of disposal program to remove hazardous material. Waste removed was biomedical, hazardous, non-hazardous, household, commercial and chemical. Had to locate disposal outlets for all chemicals, biological, radiological and finished products. Supervised the on site chemists, technicians, and individuals working directly with the waste.

1996-2005

• UNIVAR USA, Inc. -- worked as a hazardous waste sales representative. This position is tasked with building the hazardous waste segment of Univars chemical management business. Spent time working with waste generators of all types and sizes. Customers were hospitals, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, and utilities. Provided fuel blending, incineration, landfill, non-hazardous disposal, and recycling options.

1991-1996

• USPCI/ Laidlaw-- Sales Manager— supervised the sales and implementation of hazardous waste programs in the Midwest. Representing the TSDF in Wichita, KS. Assisted field sales reps in establishing new business and providing technical and regulatory guidance to these customers. Established and oversaw disposal programs for listed and characteristic wastes generated by hospitals, chemical and petrochemical plants. Provided fuel blending, incineration, landfill, non-hazardous disposal, and recycling options.

1982-1991

• Power Chemicals-- Industrial sales and service specialist for implementing water treatment programs for cooling towers, boilers and closed loops. Customers were hospitals, power plants, refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants.
