Independent Senior Telecom Analyst for several Telecom Expense Management companies including: PCR Consulting, Northwest Capital Recovery, Lalone Group and UC Green Communications Management. During this time, I have been instrumental in securing refunds, reducing telecom costs and implementing strategies to keep costs under control. Following are some highlights of my accomplishments:
• Identified telecom billing discrepancy resulting in over $500,000 in refunds for Providian. The errors I found are common telecom billing mistakes still being made today
• Instrumental in uncovering telecom expense overcharges for Polycom resulting in over $800,000 in refunds from multiple carriers including SBC, MCI, AT&T and Sprint
• Discovered telecom expense inconsistencies for (UC Davis Medical & UCSF Medical Center) resulting in over $1,200,000 in refunds and savings
• Assisted BT Conferencing in negotiating cost reductions and refunds of over $2,000,000

During my 10 years at ATS Communications, I held a variety of Management & Sales positions. My key responsibilities were to increase the sale of network services within the organization. During my tenure, ATS was always in the Top 10 Pacific Bell Sales Agents. Following are some key success milestones achieved:
• Instrumental in ATS being selected in the Account Module Management Program offered by Pacific Bell. ATS was one of 3 companies selected after a rigorous selection process (approximately 150 companies applied)
• Managed the Network Services department and was the only company that exceeded the revenue commitments established for the program
• Worked closely with Pacific Bell to mechanize order entry and tracking systems to ensure prompt deliver of services
1986 – 1991 Pacific Bell – San Ramon CA
During the four years I worked in the Headquarters Staff division at Pacific Bell, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of product teams. Each project involved extensive knowledge of system integration, order process flows and service order automation. Some key milestones include:
• Marketing representative for project team developing system to mechanize the design of Special Access (private line) circuits. Developed requirements documentation to convert service order entries into engineering codes needed to design circuits without human intervention. Required extensive knowledge of numerous operational systems including: SORD, TIRKS, FS, AMOS, LMOS
• Member of several Product Teams assembled to implement new products specifically associated with Special Access and Local Private Line services. Extensive knowledge of service order design required
