• Conducted due diligence assessments and environmental regulatory compliance audits for 25 mergers and acquisitions projects including railroads, power plants, petroleum refineries, and food processors.

• Prepared SWPPP and SPCC Plans for utilities and railroads operations in 7 states.

• Evaluated the nature and extent of soil and groundwater contamination at 34 sites in 15 states for numerous clients. Prepared plans, proposals, and specifications for remediation of sites. Enrolled several sites in State Voluntary Cleanup Programs saving clients approximately $2.2 million.
