Theological Skills and Mission:

I am a dedicated and committed Christian devoting my life to the service of God and humanity. Currently an Associate Pastor of a local Church in Baltimore, a great teacher of the word of God, expounding the word of God with much wisdom, passion and love and encouraging people to identify their purpose in life to the service of God. I have great skills in communication and mobilization of people to work as a team to achieve common goals; ability to work flexitime, across multi-and cross cultural populations. Other areas of practical Christian service and skills include active evangelism, leadership and church growth, Church consultations, biblical counseling, mission leadership and pastoral and staff leadership. In addition, I am a co-founder a non-for-profit voluntary organization-Truth Organization for Youth and have established similar group in the other countries including Gambia and Nigeria.

I possess excellent teaching and instructional skills, training students and the clergy on both circular and religious issues. Trainings are facilitated with the use of power point and word presentations, teaching various audience including young, adults, couples, businessmen, low literate, ethnic minority and people with special needs, with interactive sessions to promote a good learning atmosphere.

I have held various administrative and managerial positions in both academic and church settings with prudent and financial management skills in church, schools and private organizational settings. My management style include emphasis on phased development with regular and measurable progress; systematic approach to resolving high-risk factors associated with an objective; delegating tasks to team members selected for their skills that correspond to the requirements of the project, with built-in mechanism for assessing the feasibility of a proposed project and matching available resources to those requirements. I also involve all concerned parties into project execution, ensuring that the end product perfectly matches the requirements and thus avoiding last minute glitches. Developing a project quality plan and avoiding the costs of less-than-optimal quality.

Communication and Advocacy Skills
