I am well trained in LEAN principles, i.e SPC, 5S,(Kaizen), SMED, JIT, SPC, QS9000 and Single Piece Flow. Trained in APQP and FMEA.
I am well versed in developing quality plans and training & development programs. I am also very comfortable with speaking in front of small and large groups of employees. I have managed a quality department of 9 people. I have also developed corrective action and root cause analysis programs designed to prevent recurrence of quality related issues.
