Executive Creative Director of Internet

Established the Interactive Creative department in 1998 with 2 staff and grew it to 21. The department was a key player in helping Marketing drive Internet sales, which increased from $50M to over $400M in a six-year period. In 2006 the company started a $13M project to re-launch its e-commerce platform. The Interactive Creative team delivered its portion of the project on time and under budget.

The Interactive Creative Department: Manage four groups of talented people as one team. These groups are: Design, User Experience, Front-end Programming and Project Management. The individuals that comprise these groups are: Art directors, Information architects, designers, HTML manager, Project managers, programmers and copywriters.

Design Group:

* Web design, Flash development and implementation for sites.

* Hands on daily design management for 30 e-commerce sites on Teamsite CMS.

User Experience Group:

Front-end programming Group:
