Program Director – IDEAL Planz ( October 2010 to Present)
Provide vision, insight and mental wellness services for newly developed online initiative that assists Hospitals and IPAs in bolstering compliance and efficacy for individual patients’ medical or wellness treatment plans. Partner with co-founder and licensed psychologist in administering and implementing program.
Selected accomplishments:
• Built the program from the ground up, serving as co-founder and director.

Psychologist – Sport Of Mind (June 2010 to January 2012)
Work with cross-section of population ranging from Elite Athletes, children with ADHD and Autism, and Military personnel suffering from PTSD, Pain, and other Anxiety/Depression issues using Neurofeedback and evidenced based or solution focused strategies. Designed personal performance plans based on “QIK” and personality assessments along with clinical interview. Integration of health psychology as well as cultural competence for clients’ maximum benefit.

Program Therapist – San Diego Center For Children (April 2010 to January 2011)
Individual therapy, Family therapy, and case management for SED children and their families. Coordinate services between County Mental Health, AB 2726 workers, and Discovery Hills/Valley Day Treatment. Conducted Group therapy (Life Skills Training, Anger Management, and Substance Abuse). • Developed & implemented “Signature Series” therapy group in which children worked to develop positive
identity through designing skateboards (art therapy).

Therapist – Southern Indian Health Council (June 2009 to June 2010)
Provide psychotherapy to the Native American community working within government funded/granted program. Administer assessments using various tools (TSI, BDI, YSR, & CBCL). Conducted group therapy (Anger Management for adolescents). Helped clients with Depression, Anxiety, Dual Diagnosis, Personality Disorders, Chronic Pain, and Severe Trauma.
