o Improve customer acquisition, retention, cross sell, up sell and channel management

* Worked at Acxiom Corporation performing a lead role in two major development projects for Philip Morris USA including conceptualization, formalizing technical architecture, impact and risk analysis, functional design, proof of concepts, development and implementation. Both the projects entailed creation of large database applications with innovative CRM solutions for managing client contacts and direct marketing programs. The solutions integrate an oracle data warehouse with online browser based information management, cognos reporting and business intelligence, advanced modeling and analytics, protagona campaign management along with several custom batch processes and Acxiom shared services for customer data integration (CDI) utilizing the grid based consumer information infrastructure (CII).
* Worked at Allstate Insurance Co. as a Technical Leader in their IMPACT project that dealt with developing an intranet web application interfacing with a CRM software to provide agents and call centres with an economic view of customers. My responsibilities included defining user requirements and system specification, designing and implementing the middle tier architecture including business, service and framework object models, assisting in front end development and extensive application performance tuning.
