Charged with managing the detailed procurement of Bulk items, including Line Pipes, Induction bends, Pipes, Valves and Flanges and Fittings, including preparing and issuing RFQ’s for Sour and Sweet Gas Line Pipes (30 Inch, 28 Kilometer)

Managed all aspects of the proposal and procurement process including the selection of bids that met stringent company and client requirements.
Electrical Design Engineer July 2004 – July 2008
Independently managed proposal and procurement for a new $80 million gas processing plant for Crescent Petroleum Company located in the Sajaa Area in Sharjah, UAE, consisting of Amine Sweetening, Sulphur Recovery and Associated Utilities, used to process 600 MMSCFD dehydrated sour gas.
Managed major packages including Gas Turbine Generators, Diesel Generators, transformers, MV/LV Switch Gears, Power Distribution Control System, Remote Terminal Units, System Studies and Relay Coordination.
Other major projects included the US$1.4 billion Pearl GTL development located at Ras Lafan Industrial City (RLC) in the state of Qatar, producing 140,000 bbl/sd GTL products and 90,000 bbl/sd NGL (Deep LPG recovery mode).
Also worked on major proposals including the Khalda Concession Development Lease area, a new gas processing train in the Egyptian Western Desert, and the Zarzaitine Gas Lift Compression in Algeria, on behalf of Sontrac-Sinopec.

The plant connected to national grid with 1.5 line grid type.

Served as Operation Engineer in a135 MW Gas Turbine Power Station consisting of six Mitsubishi Frame 5 units.
